ARTIST EPK DESIGN

Every slide is designed by hand. Nothing is generated from a template.

We build your EPK from the ground up around your music, story, visuals, and career. You review and approve the creative direction as the project comes together. The result is a presentation that feels unmistakably yours, not another generic EPK using the same layout as everyone else. Whether you are pitching A&R, record labels, sync licensing companies, booking teams, media, or potential partners, you arrive with a polished presentation designed to stand out before the conversation even begins.

Artist EPK design

The questions artists ask before they send the pitch.

What artists usually want answered first.

Clear answers about ownership, revisions, delivery, design direction, files, and what you actually receive.

01 How many slides will you design for my EPK?

We design up to seven slides built around the assets you provide. These can include a cover page, biography, career highlights, single releases, videos, press coverage, and a contact page. The structure is flexible and shaped around what best showcases your brand and achievements.

02 Is this a custom EPK or a template?

Every EPK we design is completely custom. We do not use templates or drag and drop tools like Canva. Your EPK is built from scratch around your brand, color scheme, images, and content, creating a far more professional result for label submissions, venues, and media.

03 What is included in the $250 EPK design?

The $250 covers the full custom design of up to seven slides using the content you send us. Your finished EPK is delivered as a professional PDF with all links remaining clickable, including social profiles, streaming platforms, videos, and your website.

04 Can I update my EPK later?

Yes. Many artists update their EPK as their career grows. Whether you need new press added, photos swapped, or a new slide designed, just email us and we will price it out on the spot based on what you need. We keep it simple and get it handled.

05 Will I receive the master design files?

Yes. We deliver the master PSD source files once your EPK is complete. If you are comfortable in Photoshop, simple edits like updating text or swapping a photo are completely in your hands at no additional cost.

06 Do I own the EPK design after it is finished?

Yes. The project is completed as work for hire. Once the design is delivered, you own it completely and can use it however and wherever you need.

07 What type of photos should I provide?

High quality photos with good lighting produce the best results. As a general guideline, try to provide one unique image per slide and avoid repeating the same photo across multiple pages. Professional shots will always elevate the final presentation.

08 How does the design process work?

You have two options. If you trust our creative direction, simply send your assets and we will structure the EPK in the most effective way. If you have specific preferences for layout, colors, or slide structure, share those details and we will execute exactly what you have in mind.

09 Do you offer rush delivery?

Yes. If you have a hard deadline for a label pitch, venue submission, or licensing opportunity, we can offer rush delivery depending on availability. Rush projects carry an additional fee but we will work around your timeline and deliver as quickly as possible.

10 What if I am not happy with the design?

We work closely with you throughout the process to make sure the direction is right. If something is off, we communicate openly and adjust. Our goal is always a finished product you are proud to send to labels, venues, and press contacts.

Still deciding? The EPK service is built for artists who want a polished, custom presentation they can confidently send to labels, venues, media, collaborators, and industry contacts.

Artist EPK Design that helps decision makers say yes

An artist EPK is your fastest way to pitch your story, your music, and your proof in one clean, professional link. When someone in A&R, sync licensing, management, booking, or press is moving quickly, they do not want to hunt around a full website. They want a clear, skimmable, email ready electronic press kit that explains who you are, what you sound like, and why you are worth the call.

What is an artist EPK

An EPK is an electronic press kit. Think of it as a digital pitch deck for your music career. It is built to be quick, clean, and easy to understand, so someone can decide what to do next in a minute or two. A great artist EPK design gives your brand a major look, without forcing people to click around a full site or dig through random links.

The best EPKs work like a guided story. They start with identity, then credibility, then the proof, then the contact. When done right, your EPK becomes the link you send to labels, A&R, playlist teams, booking, sync licensing, and press.

An EPK is not the same thing as a full website. A website can be wide and exploratory. An EPK should be narrow and decisive, built for fast decisions.

Why artist EPK design matters

Most opportunities are decided quickly. If a booking agent is reviewing multiple artists for a slot, they are scanning for clarity and confidence. If an A&R is reviewing submissions, they are looking for the strongest story with the clearest momentum. If a sync team is considering a song for placement, they want fast context plus the right links.

That is why artist EPK design matters. A strong design creates trust before a single word is read. It makes your achievements feel real. It makes your visuals feel intentional. It makes your brand feel ready.

What decision makers actually want

  • A clean story they can understand fast
  • Immediate access to your best song and your best video
  • Credibility through proof, press, and performance highlights
  • One clear way to contact you or your team

Why custom beats templates

Templates can be fine for early stage artists, but they often look generic and they rarely match your brand. A custom coded EPK is designed around your identity, your visuals, your release, and your positioning. It reads like a major pitch.

Strong hierarchy makes an EPK easy to skim. Clean sections, bold highlights, and fast links.

Who you should send an EPK to

Your artist EPK should be ready to send at any time. The point is to remove friction when opportunity shows up.

A&R and labels They want fast identity, fast music, and proof of momentum, without digging through multiple pages.
Sync licensing companies They need quick context, clean links, and a clear contact route for approvals and splits.
Booking agents and venues They look for live clips, fan response, location, and what makes you marketable for a night.
Press, blogs, and media They want your story, your assets, and easy references they can quote or embed.
Managers and partners They evaluate your upside quickly. A clean EPK makes your operation feel serious.

What to include in a custom EPK

If you want an artist EPK design that performs, you need the right sections and the right order. The order is what creates the narrative and the pressure.

Core sections that work across most genres

  • Cover slide with artist name, brand visuals, and a clear positioning line
  • Short bio that reads quickly and sounds confident
  • Music section with your best track links
  • Video section with your strongest visual
  • Press and quotes
  • Highlights and wins, including charts and milestones
  • Contact, team, and booking info with one clear call to action

Charting, press, and video momentum are leverage pieces. You create them, then you showcase them. Start with Amazon Music charting, iTunes charting, Official Charts promotion, and music PR.

How to build a winning narrative

Your EPK is not just a list of links. It is a story, and the story is what sells. The narrative is where artists win opportunities.

Identity, proof, packaging

  • Identity: who you are and what lane you own, fast.
  • Proof: press, charts, milestones, fan response, and social proof.
  • Packaging: turn wins into assets, then place them in the right order.

Slide by slide EPK outline

Your EPK can be up to seven slides. The goal is not to add more. The goal is to make each slide carry weight.

A seven slide structure is plenty when the hierarchy is strong. The goal is clarity, not clutter.

Slide 1. Cover

Artist name, brand visuals, and a one line positioning statement.

Slide 2. Bio

A short bio that reads quickly, with the details that actually matter.

Slide 3. Music

Your best two tracks with clean links.

Slide 4. Video

Your strongest visual, plus a second option if needed.

Slide 5. Press

Press logos, headlines, and short quotes. Build press here: Music PR.

Slide 6. Highlights and wins

Charts, milestones, and notable moments. Tie in: iTunes, Amazon, Official Charts.

Slide 7. Team and contact

Booking email, management info, and one clear call to action.

Common mistakes to avoid

  • Too many links
  • Long paragraphs
  • Low quality images
  • Stats with no context
  • No call to action
